  U11 - (9v9) August 1, 2015 - July 31, 2016 - $1025.00
  U12 - (9v9) August 1, 2014 - July 31, 2015 - $1025.00
  U13 - (11v11) August 1, 2013 - July 31, 2014 - $1200.00
  U14 - (11v11) August 1, 2012 - July 31, 2013 - $1200.00
  U15 - (11v11) August 1, 2011 - July 31, 2012 - $1250.00

Notes:

• The entry fee is required of each team at the time of application. Fees may be paid online with MasterCard/VISA or by check. FEES MUST ACCOMPANY THE APPLICATION and MUST be submitted NO LATER than September 15, 2026. Teams paying by credit card will be subject to a 4% processing fee. • Applications submitted without payment will not be considered for entry.
• Withdrawal Refund Policy: Teams withdrawing from the tournament after notification of acceptance will not be refunded the entry fee.
